2. Payment Terms
-
All project estimates will be provided in writing prior to project start.
-
A deposit (typically 25%) is required to secure your project on the calendar. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments may be made via check
3. Project Timelines & Client Responsibilities
To keep projects on schedule:
-
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals when requested.

Delays in communication or content submission may result in adjusted delivery timelines.
-
If a project is delayed for more than 30 days due to lack of response, it may be paused or rescheduled at Rivermouth Reviews' discretion.
4. Revisions
Most projects include a set number of revision rounds, specified in your service agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may require additional fees and adjusted deadlines.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
-
You may cancel a project in writing at any time.
-
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
-
If a project is canceled mid-way, a prorated invoice will be issued for work completed.

In the rare event that Rivermouth Reviews must cancel a project, any unearned fees will be refunded.
6. Intellectual Property
-
You retain ownership of all original content and materials you provide.
